NOSE: Strong freshly cut wood scent on the nose, followed by a slight vanilla note.
FLAVOR: Sarsaparilla, plantain/banana notes, full-bodied, robust, long finish. Hints of caramel, cocoa nib, star anise, and white pepper finish.
